We stopped to get a quote,took about a half an hour to answer all the questions about our car and house insurance. We were told someone would call us back. After about a week and hearing nothing I phoned them. Seems they couldnt write the insurance but they didnt bother to call. I spoke to the agent and asked him why he didnt call,and he just said, No. Lousy service, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
Awesome service. I've used them for 8 years now... And make a ton of changes. They are always making sure my policy is the best price as possible. They have even re-wrote my policies to ensure me saving money. Top level customer service. Top level management! I always recommend them to friends and family!
