Everyone in the service department is amazing. Ryan is the best and most efficient and informed manager you've had.
The appointment went well. Parts were in stock. We even had time to check the brakes which was not part of the original work. I have bought at least 6 vehicles from SR and use have used and continue to use SR for service on those vehicles. My only complaint....the diagnostic fee is a bit much and in my opinion, if I have the work done at SR after the diagnostic, that fee should be waived or rolled into the repair. It only seems fair that if you are going to service my vehicles, you have to know what is wrong to make the repa... read more
