This dealership is horrible at detailing cars. I bought a used vehicle and noticed they barely detailed it. I asked them to do it again, and they still didn’t do it correctly. I found a bunch of nasty food residue and finger prints all over the vehicle. I had to clean it myself. If you buy a vehicle from here, don’t expect it to be cleaned. I had great service otherwise, but this was a huge disappointment.

I called service on 10/22/21 to make a CSP appointment for 21B10, 21N03 and 21N08. I was very clear that those were the ONLY codes I wanted addressed on my 2017 F-150 platinum. The gentleman told me the recall technician wouldn’t be available until 11/30 but they would need to keep my truck a few days because if reprogramming the engine shutter didn’t work, they would need to move on to the next step. Excellent dealership. Was looking for a newer but not new truck. They found what I was looking for on the lot. Drew Stonemetz the salesman was excellent.
