Big thank you to Devin at Nissan. We had our car break down just outside of town as we were passing through. We were more or less stranded 4 hours from home. Called around to 7 mechanics the following morning to see if any mechanics were free. All either told us no or that they couldn’t look at the car until later that day at the very earliest. I was NOT looking forward to dealing with dealerships to buy a car. I have been done dirty in the past. My friend recommended that go see Drew at S&R. He was wonderful. He was upfront and helpful. He was not pushy and I didn't feel like a target as a women buyer. He listened and considered my needs. I recommend him.
Highly disappointed in my experience here. Purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. From start to finish, it was mediocre, shady, slimey and unprofessional. My sales person was Enel Dixon. Unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and dishonest. Appalling and a joke don’t even begin to describe Simmons-Rockwell of Hornell. When we went to test drive the car, it was filthy and there was candy and cookies stuck in the shifter.
