Used to be our go to shop. The last year we have had nothing but issues with them from telling us we don't need to rotate our tires on our dually, to not writing down the work we asked to be done(fuel filters, looking for vibration causes, etc). This last visit was the last straw. We took it in in May and asked for them to find cause of our vibration. My father in law committed suicide, and after this dealership taking the car payments for a full year out of our bank account they tell us that we can’t refinance the car “it is not my fault he killed himself” is what they said. They gave us 2 days to pay 17k for the car or they were going to repo it. No sympathy no human decency just greedy people. All the communication was done with your office & that quote was from someone in your office….
