We went in on Friday and met Melissa at the Chevy dealership. She was awesome and helped us find what we were looking for and was also in our price range. Working with her was really a wonderful experience for us. I have never dealt with a salesperson that actually listen to what we really wanted and needed. First car purchase in New York State since moving here from Colorado. Absolutely fantastic experience with Melissa O’Dell and the entire team at Simmons Rockwell. Melissa found the perfect fit, was easy to work with and despite me not showing up to the dealership until 4:30 PM, she still had me out the door in time to have dinner with the family. We will be back in a couple years when the teenager needs some wheels.
Matt Frawley did an awesome job in helping us find another vehicle after we had a car a identifying with our other vehicle that we also purchased from him. Great guy and awesome service!!!!
