In June I had my 2024 GMC 3500HD truck towed to this dealership. They told me it would take 5 to 7 days to diagnose. It actually took them 14 days. This was late June 2025. Today, October 30, 2025, after much run around, they are still no closer to fixing my truck. About 3 weeks ago they finally got it to run. They then proceeded to fix the second problem, truck not communicating with the fifth wheel trailer via pigtail. Now 3 weeks later still not fixed. Car driving good nothing majorly wrong. Took to dave arbogast for transmission flush and got it back and SUV 2018 GMC Terrain starts to slip/shudder after the transmission flush. They tell me I need spark plugs, oil injection so went ahead and got those thinking fix problem. Nope. Got it back Tuesday.. mindful I was suppose to get it back Monday but they lost a trim piece/clip from flicking it off with a screwdriver so I had to wait a another day basically to pick up my SUV that still slips/shudders. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! I went to check out the 2014 ****** Versa Note SV with my parents. The price is legit displayed $8,500 and mileage is like a little over ******. The car was new but the roof was dirty like someone splashed coffee all over the roof and the sun ******* were not just dirty but also looked somewhat old. I purchased a vehicle march 2025 and unfortunately it turned out to be defective. Shortly after purchase, I noticed engine problems, electrical issues, safety concerns. My experience at Crown Buick GMC in ******** was terrible. When I first walked in, the older gentleman at the front desk never greeted me, kept his head down on his phone, and then casually told the younger salesman, You get her, as if I was an inconvenience. That set the tone for the entire visit.Even though I expressed how uncomfortable that made me, I still allowed the younger salesman to walk me around. We bought a new truck, 2024, last 12/2024. Took the truck to get the tires check because of air running low. Mechanic told us that they're unable to patch it because there was already a patch right next to the damage. We went to the dealership and told them the story. The man said that it's not going to be replaced because there's no warranty, and no history of it being patched. Time and money wasted. They made us looked like we're lying, which we don't. Brought my 2020 *** ****** **** ****** in for a inspection and recall. Have been going to them for years and haven't really had much issues besides long wait times. Got my vehicle back with a couple big scratches and gouges on my bumper. Service rep said it must've happened there and he would get it fixed. Manager called me back days later and said nope didn't happen here we reviewed videos. When I asked to look at videos he said we don't share our videos call a lawyer if you want to review them.
