Went there for a GM part recall, told me it took 2wks- 2mo to get part in. after they completed work order to show I didnt owe anything, Will, service manager contacted me and said itll be $349 + tax and labor for additional parts. I said no thank you, picked up my vehicle, took it to another dealership. After dropping my vehicle off to another dealership, it was fixed the very next day with no additional out of pocket expense. Zero owed.

Went there for my last free oil change with purchase of vehicle. They forgot to put the oil cap back tight and the oil leaked out everywhere destroying my engine.

I brought a 2019 *** from Simmons Rockwell in bath ny and his been nothing but in the shop fixing one thing after another. In the shop now with electric power steering problems and they told me I can't drive it because it not safe to drive.i talk to my sales man who sold it to me twice to see if they could get me in something different but they saw they can't because I owe to much,also I payed 37000 for it and now they say in 7 mouths it's only worth 26000.other things I had go wrong with it was a week after I had it,I had t... read more

Bought a 2020 ****** ******it started having multiple problems i was told they can't get my car in for about a month and they have no loaners to give me even though my coverage states they are supposed to provide me with a rental

Simmons Rockwell in Horseheads NY has an electric vehicle charging point but it is broken and has been broken for months. I called - the man told me he didn't know when it will be working and he doesn't care. These charging stations are essential for drivers travelling thru NY State. There are only a few charging stations today and each one is important. Why advertise that you have a charging station if you don't. A poor reflection on the quality of Simmons Rockwell. Not going to buying anything from them.

Took van in for a diagnosis and was charged to diagnose my van. They said it needed new coil to get engine light off. Well it didn’t work so I took van back and now they want 1500 for catylatic converter to get light off. I paid diagnostic fee so I could make decision if it was worth it or buy new van. I spoke to manager who said he was busy and would call me back. I had to call general manager to get him to call me. Wife and myself went in at different times to sign paperwork for a new car, wife went first didn't like the deal so when I went in later to sign i tried to back out and they said we couldn't. Next day they called us saying we had a lean on our truck which we did and showed the salesperson on the 30th of Sept. they said we had to pay 5k or up our monthly payment. Simmons Rockwell pulled a classic "bait & switch" on a vehicle price with me. I had a deal worked out on a brand new leftover 2018 ****** *********The price was listed on the vehicles windshield at $25,999. The dealership said that's the price and we are good to go. I was scheduling a time to stop for a test drive and buy it. The COVID-19 shutdown happened and postponed everything as the dealership shut down. Fast forward to last week.
