I aways prefer to use local services and businesses. I tried to contact Simmons Plumbing & Pumps re a plumbing repair. I left 2 messages by phone leaving contact information. I received absolutely no response! This is disappointing. A simple call would be the courteous and businesslike response. Very disappointing. Edit: 6 days later. Submersible pump died had to pull it & install a new one I note well. Mr. Simmons was prompt, hardworking, and efficient. Highly recommend, really excellent plumber.
