Very disappointed in the lack of courteous customer service, professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Each time I came in for a procedure I’ve waited long periods of time; the staff was ill prepared as if they were amateurs in completing the procedure, consistently leaving and returning to the room forgetting needed items as I patiently waited. Dr. Simmons never contacted me the days following surgery nor his staff for a follow up care check or post care. I definitely felt the lack of concern by this facility. If you want... read more

I am very disappointed with Simmons Plastic Surgery. I met with Dr Simmons on January 31, 2019. I was very impressed with his technology and he had a great bed side manner. I really liked him. However, it is now June 4, 2019. I have not had the surgery I wanted to have in March, before the summer. I have called at least 10 -12 times in the last 4 months with no return calls. Used this office for filler. I wanted juvaderm but he used diluted Restylane. It was my 1st time. I loved the results. It only lasted approx 6 mos so next time maybe juvaderm would last longer. Several sites n doctors recommend it for longer results. I did use another doctor for juvaderm and there were no results with him. I will only use Simmons for filler. He did not use a needle in my face which could cut veins etc and cause bruising. Procedure is fantastic
