One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a professional company. I utilized a family law attorney at Simmons Perrine. For our mediation, I took my lawyer’s recommendation to use the mediator assigned to my case. The day of, my lawyer states she doesn’t like using my assigned mediator because she always has bad experiences with this mediator. I observed an attorney use legal threats and professional status to intimidate a person into paying thousands of dollars for a claim that has no evidence and very little ground. It left me with serious concerns about the firm’s professionalism and judgment. Simmions Perrine, are you aware of the image some of your attorneys are putting on your firm?

I observed this firm knowingly pursue a claim that appeared to have little to no legal basis. Instead of discouraging a weak or unfounded case, they advanced it aggressively, giving the clear impression that financial gain was prioritized over ethical responsibility. Their conduct raised serious concerns about integrity, professionalism, and client screening. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm to seek independent legal advice before engaging them.
