The owner was great in helping my wife and I determine the mattress that was right for us. We will definitely buy our next mattress from Simmons.

Just got off the phone with the owner of this company to discuss a mattress warranty claim 6 months after the claim was submitted. I submitted a warranty claim on September of 2022 and didn't receive a response until December 30, 2022 to say that we would be receiving a new mattress in 2-3 weeks (but would have to pay $70 for delivery). Today I was called by the owner and he informed me that they had a mattress delivered for their "personal inventory" but they were still waiting on my replacement mattress to be delivered. Gordy took a great interest by delivering the goods from the store to the installation guys. The quality of service, unsurpassed due to his prudence and care in doing it right the first time.
