I hired Kortney Simmons in a potential high conflict divorce. One evening about 3:00 she had me come over and sign a paper and her admin said I had a hearing the next day.(now think about this) I got over there about 4:30 that evening and was told that the hearing was suppose to be the next day but due to Corona in 2020 I was told to wait on her call because she wasn't sure if I needed to show up. She’s a wonderful lawyer and will do her best as possible
She represented my ex wife and I felt sorry for my ex. Kourtney had incorrect names on her filing. She advised my ex terrible and what could have been a simple marriage desolution agreement was dragged out costing both of us unnecessary money. Simmons advise her to ignore a court order subpoena. 👀 In the end my ex lost and our kids were dragged along. No moral. She didn't try to meditate and should have taken my deal.
These ppl in these reviews are giving you false information about this attorney. She’s actually really good and very knowledgeable of Tennessee state laws. She has checked into my situation in regards of my drivers licenses and I’m impressed with her and her work ethic. I’ve contacted every attorney in Jackson and she’s the only one that’s went out of her way to help me! And I highly recommend her for any case that’s she able to work thru.
