I contact Wayne on April 5, 2021 about coming to screen my patio. I had another bid from another company that was going to be 6 months out but didn't want to wait that long. I told Wayne exactly what I was looking for a sent him the job package from the other company. He was luckily able to fit me in within the same week. RecommendedWe first contacted Wayne in April of this year to install a screen enclosure over our pool. However, our HOA would not approve the structure and after several appeals with them, they still denied it. Wayne even took the time to sit in on the appeal process and speak on our behalf. So after five months, they finally approved a patio screen enclosure and Wayne was finally able to go to work. He took care of permits with the city and the engineering. We spent more than we originally planned on just replacing screens to upgrade our enclosure but we are thoroughly satisfied with the job Wayne did installing sliding vinyl windows AND screens. They made our 35 year old enclosure look new again!!We highly recommend this company.

Simmons Home Design did an awsome job on my new Patio Cover that is screened in. It looks amazing and can't tell it was added on, looks like it was built with my house as one. Wayne did it with care and very detailed taking pride in his work. Because of th3 color I used the screws didn't match which I never even noticed as it was not visually obvious but he went back and paint every screen that was to be seen, The project was on time.
