Very professional team of individuals. They have handled my slide actions since 1986. Several of my shotguns have been repaired, Reblued and rebuilt over the years. Excellent all around service from everyone at Simmons. I would highly recommend them.

I recently sent in a Model 12 Winchester to have a Duck Bill put on a replaced receiver...the original rib has a crossed hatch design...these people completely reduced the value of this gun...they put on a Duck Bill that was too small for the gun, it was smooth in texture and the gap between the rib and Bill was enormous. The new store is beautiful and the sales people are a pleasure to work with. Please don't take your gun there for repair. After speaking with the gunsmith from the back I realized my 16 year has more knowledge of guns than he did. A very rude condescending person with an attitude. Although, its only a matter of time and he will be gone...business won't last long with him!
