Probably the best bank you can ever do business with, straight shooters. They have explained every service in and out to make sure I understand. They also have a killer app easy to understand and beautifully designed.
I’ve been banking with Simmons since 2010. They’ve always been very professional. They know me on a first name basis and when I walk through the door I’m always welcomed by name. Would recommend this bank to anyone!
We used their ATM outside & since it gave only $20s & we needed $10s, they wouldn’t give change since we didn’t have an account there. We are from out of state & moving soon. We won’t bank with them when we do. Their policy runs away potential customers and is unneighborly for a bank that “is committed to providing services” & “honored” to provide (insert eye roll)
