For 5 years, we consistently paid this company. On the date of maturity of this account September 2018, we were informed that we owed them $437 in late fees. No one told us we were allegedly occurring late fees until it time to pay the last payment on the account. I have bank statements proving I paid in full for 5 years. We requested they changed I payment date from the 1st of the month to around the 4th week of the month and presumingly they agreed to do so. Borrowed money back in 2015. Here it is 2017 with 3 months left on loan. Now I get told that back in 2015 I missed a payment. I asked why I wasn't told that back in 2015 that I missed a payment and I was told it's not their responsibility to keep up with that and let me know. I said well I used to have a coupon book and I asked for another one and I don't get one I don't get a paper saying how much I owe I get nothing and they say that's still not their responsibility I should be able to keep up with my bills so I think it's... read more
