Eric was able to contact me very quickly after they were experiencing some phone outages. Although, Simmon's may not have installed this fence, they are coming out to the property to help with giving us a direction that will hopefully lead us to be able to get the same exact style of fence. Even after multiple calls and return visits, our fence is too far off the ground in places. Every squirrel and rabbit in the neighborhood can easily enter our yard. The gate has a big gap between the two sections. Some sections have scratches. It was supposed to be square against the house and is not. The worker in charge told us it was. It clearly is not.
