Recently, we noticed a small roof leak and called Simmons Family Roofing & Construction to inspect everything and give us their recommendation. From the ground, the shingles looked fine, but Chase took the time to check the attic and the full roofing system instead of just doing a quick outside look. I could not be happier with the roof replacement job Douglas and his crew completed. From the first visit, Douglas clearly walked me through the roofing estimate and explained the full process in simple terms. He reviewed shingle and gutter options, roofing system details, material and labor warranties, and even helped me understand the insurance claim steps while patiently answering all of my questions. Their estimate came in lower than other roofing quotes I received, yet they offered higher quality roofing materials, incl... read more

After several days of heavy rain, we noticed a leak in the kitchen, so we called Mason. He came out quickly, made sure the ceiling was safe, and then inspected the roof and attic to track down the problem. He walked us through the entire roofing process in simple terms and kept us updated from start to finish. We decided to move forward with a full roof replacement, and the whole job was handled in a very professional way. On inst... read more

We had hail damage and needed a full roof replacement. Simmons Family Roofing & Construction was very easy to work with, and the whole roofing process went smoothly from start to finish. Chase and Mason were helpful and made sure everything stayed on track. The crew was friendly, used hand-nailed shingles, and did excellent work with real attention to detail. They worked efficiently, finished the roof in one day, and did a great job cleaning up the yard afterward. Douglas and Mason came back later to inspect everything, conf... read more

From the first roof estimate to the last shingle set in place, my experience was excellent. Douglas explained the roofing process clearly and made it easy to understand the different shingle options. He was very patient while I chose a color and even brought larger roof samples to my home so I could see how they would look in natural light. The roofing crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and finished the roof much faster than I expected without cutting corners. They also did a thorough cleanup, and my yard was ... read more
