I had Tanner from Simmons Family Roofing come by to check out my roof while he was in the area inspecting a neighbor's house. I asked if he could take a look at mine, and he happily agreed! My roof is 20 years old, and to my surprise, he said it looked great and that no repairs or re-roofing were needed.
