Joe was a real pro. After we bought our home, we found some major roof damage that had been missed, including a couple of large holes. He came out quickly, secured the problem areas with a tarp, and completed a thorough roof inspection. During the inspection, he found additional roofing issues that needed attention, which gave us a much clearer picture of the condition of the roof and what repairs were needed next. We were looking to replace our roof and contacted a few roofing contractors for estimates. We highly recommend Simmons Family Roofing. Joe worked hard to track down the roof leaks and helped us check whether any mold was starting in the attic. That took a lot of time and skill, especially with the tight attic layout, and other roofing contractors had told us it could not really be figured out. They have been excellent. I had storm and wind damage with a few missing shingles and also a roof leak that needed attention. The crew came out to my home in St Louis several times because the insurance inspection kept getting rescheduled, and they were always flexible, patient, and easy to work with. The whole roofing process took a while, but they stayed helpful the entire time and handled everything professionally. I highly recommend Simmons Family Roofing for roof replacement and gutter work. My experience started when I found a leak in my bathroom ceiling that was clearly coming from the roof. After looking into local roofing companies, I scheduled a roof inspection.
