We dropped off our transmission to be repaired 5 months ago with a promise of a 2 week turn around. After 5 months of phone calls and empty promises, my husband went to retrieve our transmission, it was in 6 different boxes completely disassembled. We were assured all through this 5 months that work was being done on our transmission, however, it is very clear other than tearing it down, NO WORK WAS EVER DOWN. Do not leave your vehicle! "Have a blessed day" really. They offer an inspection of your vehicle for $175, which I declined. I have had my 2002 truck for 16 years, I know what's wrong with it. I told them the problem, I physically couldn't fix it myself. I could not afford the double price compared to other repair centers in the area. No problem, $175 R&R fee when I picked it up. Tighting a couple of bolts, does not constitute a diagnosis, I told them the problem. They are not a reputable company, stop hiding behind God.
