COUNSELING/THERAPIST REVIEW: The counselor here gave my loved one an ultimatum to take meds or else she would refer them to a different therapist because she felt uncomfortable to continue if they didn't. ULTIMATUMS are a dangerous abusive tactic to use on therapy patients. She does not know how to do her job properly and ethically. PLEASE DO NOT send your loved ones here for counseling. I believe she should be fired or retrained for unprofessional and dangerous behavior.
I made an appointment with them over the phone and when I got there the next day they said they couldn’t accept me because i don’t work for simmons/my family doesn’t work for simmons they should really explain that over the phone or have it post on their website when you go to it
Nurses are great and the doctor's are too. Everyone in the office is wonderful. It's a great atmosphere.
I took my mom to establish first-time care here. All the lady nurses and Dr. Kelly have been helpful and kind to my mom. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
