I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this roofing service. If 6 stars were possible, I would gladly give them that rating. The roof repair work was strong, quick, and handled very efficiently, but what really stood out was their honesty, professionalism, and real care for doing the job right at a fair price. Roger came out himself to handle the roofing estimate and stayed involved through every part of the roof repair. He answered my call quickly and showed up within about 30 minutes during a heavy rainstorm to track down the roof leak. The customer service was top notch from start to finish. After the leak was fixed, he returned to check the attic, remove the wet insulation, and replace it with new insulation. We found mold in an upstairs bedroom after a roof leak, and it turned into a stressful situation fast. I called at least 15 companies the same day. Every mold company said they would not handle the mold until the roofing issue was fixed, and every roofer said they would not move forward until the mold was addressed first.
