Even though we were not having any furnace or heating problems, my wife and I decided to use the free heating system tune-up for teachers from Simmons Brothers Hvac Llc. Donald was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He took time to inspect the furnace and indoor HVAC equipment carefully, checked everything inside and outside in the rain, and wrote down all the readings and measurements so we could clearly understand the condition of the system. We had just moved into a new home in Troutdale when our furnace and thermostat started acting up a couple days later. One thermostat was failing and calling for heat at the wrong time, so the heating system was not running the way it should. We contacted Simmons Brothers Hvac Llc on the weekend, and donald arrived promptly on Tuesday morning right when promised for the first non-emergency appointment. He inspected the system, found the thermostat problem quickly, and explained everything in simple terms so we understood what... read more

Simply the best for heater repair and furnace service. I have relied on them for my older oil furnace for many years, from seasonal tune-ups and routine maintenance to replacement parts and urgent no-heat service calls. They are always friendly, fast, and fairly priced. From the person answering the phone to the technician at the door, every visit has been smooth, helpful, and professional. Over time I have worked with several team members, including Kingston, and each experience has been top-notch. They explain the furnace ... read more

Simmons Brothers Hvac Llc really knows HVAC systems and how to handle a full heat pump replacement the right way. My experience with Donald was excellent. He went above and beyond to provide an accurate estimate by checking the crawl space ductwork, measuring the home's layout, and considering the high ceilings and large windows. He also looked at the property conditions that could affect system sizing and performance. Throughout the time I was comparing options for a new heat pump system, he stayed patient, professional, an... read more
