Simmons BBQ is amazing! The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the last time we tried to eat there the brisket was not finished cooking yet. It still had 3 hours to cook... We came in at 11am-ish. Which is prime lunch hours and the brisket wasn't done. Every other time I have gone to this restaurant, the food and service has been amazing.

If you leave this place a negative comment they will pull from facebook. They run the wing shack in Choctaw and the wings were horrible along with the frozen crinkle fries. They took the wing shack over and the previous owners food was 100%better. I was told if you want more sauce on wings you have to ask, they went to frozen fries because of complaints. Truth, it is cheaper for them. The wings I ordered had no sauce on them, cold in the middle, and fries sucked.
So my mother in law and i just came to grab a bite to eat. It's 8 pm on a thursday. Not sure what time they closed and there were 2 other sets of people sitting a eating. And the girl came up and just locked the door didn't say "we are closed I'm sorry" didn't even say "we are closed". Have enough courtesy to do that instead of just locking us out.
