Normally I have a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing. But today when I needed a notary, a woman (I never seen before) told me they didn't have a notary available today. I asked if she would know if one of the other Simmons had one available. She told me to go to the UPS store. "Why should I have to PAY for a notary when I bank where I can have one free."
This is the Corporate office for the Springfield area. They closed the branch on Campbell and LaSalle streets 2 months ago. The branch manager at this location always allowed the US FLAG to become really ratty. There is a RATTY FLAG at the Campbell location now, they just left it. Just a reason not to do business here.
