May I leave a ZERO star review? This bank has become a complete joke. They charge a $10 fee for cashing a check if you do not have an account with them. That is even if the check is written from a business account they manage. So the poor "little guy" that doesn't have a checking account anywhere gets charged. "You must have an account with us." They also don't take 2 party checks, even if the check is from an account they manage being deposited into an account they manage. So much for being a local bank. EXCHANGE BANK or B... read more

I worked as a valet in my youth. One time I backed up a truck into another customer’s parked car, punching a hole into their fender. The customer was obviously less than pleased, so I immediately apologized for my mistake and told him I would do everything in my power to rectify the damage I caused.
