Don't try to be friendly with any of the girls there, they all think very guy wants to be with them. Get over yourselves. Sorry, it's just a huge turn off when your just being civil and they think you want to date them.
This place made me never want to bank here.Due to some ridiculous small business check policies that just totally felt like the middle finger. not allowing checks to be cashed in drive thru if you dont have an account, which is impossible at the main st location ( no parking) and charging $10 to cash after that... like dang just tell me you hate non customers and want to punish them for it basically the same thing. the people were great policy sucks.

I love Simmons Bank, have used them for years ever since they were Landmark. However, this branch let me down drastically. I was dealing with fraudulent charges on my card and was told by a man at this location that the charges should be gone the next day. When they weren’t gone the next day (Friday) I went back in to talk to a different guy who said it would take 5 business days. On Monday I went to a location across town and was told the dispute had never been started because I had never been asked to sign anything. Very d... read more
