Cost 10 dollars to cash a check with the amount of the check being a non variable in principle this is horrible greedy business practice.
This is the worst bank I have ever ever went to.In my entire life, I got a payroll check and I went to go cash it and can you believe they charged me ten dollars off the bank that they have, and my husband's sixty plus years of living.He's never had to do that.My almost fifty years, i've never had to do it.This bank is a fraud.I would never suggest going here for any reason.Just deposit into your account and wait a day or two.If you have to that is ridiculous.It is highway robbery, don't ever use this bank

Most recently I find doing business at Simmons to be less friendly and often unable to handle my concerns. Their response to me is lacking of the help I need. Your recent authentication procedures for getting on -line access are slow and cumbersome on my Samsung Android. I used to be able to put in a pin number and get there. Now, it operates like a pin ball machine. Your venue staff seems to say, they have nothing to do about software.
