Most recently I find doing business at Simmons to be less friendly and often unable to handle my concerns. Their response to me is lacking of the help I need. Your recent authentication procedures for getting on -line access are slow and cumbersome on my Samsung Android. I used to be able to put in a pin number and get there. Now, it operates like a pin ball machine. Your venue staff seems to say, they have nothing to do about software. I've been banking with simmons bank for a few years now and haven't really had a problem other than withdrawing money from the atm not working. I usually don't right reviews often... But I recently went it to the bank to apply for a personal loan... they were kind and made me feel like I was going to be approved and finally get my loan that I need before my temp tag expires...
