The ATM stole my deposit. I was depositing small amounts of one dollar bills. I made sure that there was no dog earred or crumpled bills. The machine tried to give back a few but it does not eject it far enough out to be grabbed. I tried to cancel the transaction because the machine was taking a long time to process my money. I had to back my car up and try to go grab my money. But closed up just before I got infront of it. I called the customer service but they were no help at all. Found out my funds were not accessible on a Saturday a few minutes after noon. Called every number I could find, including on my card and messaged using the app a few times for answers that was supposed to be available 7 days a week. No word back. Have to wait until Monday now to see what's going on. On top of this if you over draft for any amount for 6 months they hold any non direct deposit monies for 9 to 11 BUSINESS days. I use to love this bank. I've referred a few people to them. But I'm extremely unhappy with them now... read more
Worst bank ever since they bought SNB. Can’t do anything without going in the bank and even then I have to stand on my head to get a credit card when I keep $50,000 in my checking account.
Awful bank. Save yourself the headache and choose any bank but Simmons. I miss when they were SNB. They inherited some really good employees from their buyout but this bank is a complete joke. I kept my accounts after SNB changed to Simmons until I got fed up with their ridiculous policies and lack of customer service. I just went to cash a check and the account the check is written from is a Simmons account.
