⭐ 1 Star I had a deeply troubling experience at Simmons Bank on Custer Road in Frisco and feel compelled to warn others. I attempted to cash a legitimate check issued by a well-known national organization that maintains accounts and credit cards with Simmons Bank. The check was provided to help cover medical co-pays and deductibles. Despite this, the staff claimed they were unable to verify the check internally and refused to cash it. No drive up teller but was greeted when I walked in and helped by very happy bankers. I’m not normally in this area but would not hesitate in coming back when in the area to make my deposits.
No 24 hr atm drove all here too
