Worst bank to get support they probably will be out of business soon. I can’t transfer my money or get a hold of anyone after certain hours.

I’m new at Simmons bank and opened an account with Jacob at the Farmers Branch location. He and the other staff I encountered were are very friendly! After an unfortunate experience at the Arlington location, Jacob called me to talk about the situation. He was able to rectify it and proceed with depositing my checks- which is what I originally wanted to do in Arlington. Stopped by the branch today and had a really good experience. The banker David helped me with everything I needed and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick. Definitely appreciated the great customer service.
A family member recently passed away and I came into this branch the close the account. They had never met me or my family member that passed yet they provided excellent service and made me feel like I was one of their top clients. Carlos was very professional and courteous and guided me through the process with grace and kindness. Thank you all for your assistance in this difficult time.
