I just went to this location and was denied Service even though I bank with them. I wasn’t able to cash my check from my employer and the bank teller Dina gave me a completely sour attitude when I questioned why I wasn’t able to deposit it. She didn’t give me any alternatives and was not helpful at all. I will not be banking with Simmons any longer. Terrible I do not recommend. I love everyone at this branch! Always friendly and they know me by name. I will bring all my business here. I really love this bank!
The whole Simmons bank, not just this one, Simmons bank as a company will allow people to steal from your bank, they key someone steal $300+ from me, but only reimbursed $100 saying they couldn't do anything, find another bank, Simmons is the worst
Called to see if they can cash a 2k$ check from their own bank. And they said they didnt have the money. What kinda of broke bank cant cash their own checks. Sheeeesh.
