I have been banking with Simmons for years even when it was First Statesi I would say in all a out 27 to 30 years. Management is poor. She don't communicate and return calls then put someone else to call saying she on vacation. But you wasn't on vacation last week when I have called several times for her to return my call. They denied me for a loan not 1 not 2 maybe 3 or more times. They said it was my credit score that's a lie then they say it was due to a medical collection when I explained Biden had past that medical debt... read more
