I have been banking with Simmons for years even when it was First Statesi I would say in all a out 27 to 30 years. Management is poor. She don't communicate and return calls then put someone else to call saying she on vacation. But you wasn't on vacation last week when I have called several times for her to return my call. They denied me for a loan not 1 not 2 maybe 3 or more times. They said it was my credit score that's a lie then they say it was due to a medical collection when I explained Biden had past that medical debt... read more
I don't use this bank but my family members do. They like it.
Terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I went in and tried to close my savings account because I was struggling and couldn't keep the balance above $100 to keep them from charging an extra $5 a month. They said they closed it but the next day it was depositing my change into savings and c harging me $5 for not having $100 balance. They will not respond to chat during business hours. The whole experience makes me want to keep my money in a coffee can!
I always enjoy the folks in the Bank.
