Great customer service at the National Ave branch; especially at the drive-up section.
I have an automatic transfer that goes from one account to another. The bank processed the transfer (the account did not have enough to go to my other account) ahead of other debits, charged my $36 for the overdraft (from my account to another account that is also mine) and then charged $36 for three other items that would have cleared had my money from one account remained and not transferred.
