Great service
Always nice and polite with me,worked with me very well when other banks didn't. No problems at all
Ive been with simmons bank for 5 years give or take and now i have an issue where some how someone got my bank account info and they keep taking money out of my account but simmons bank cant do anything. They cant freeze my account or stop them from taking money even when i tried to close one of my accounts they had access to i had to wait 24 hours for it to close and the people that took money from it ran it into the negative
I guess the management of this branch does not like the American Flag. All stripes are ripped. I left them a note on January 1st about their Ratty Flag and it is still Flying
This branch, by far, it's the absolute best branch I have ever had an account at. They are friendly and they get to know you. I feel comfortable going to them and that has never been the case before. Love the staff 4evah!
