Will not answer phone calls even when it's their own customer service line calling them to try and help me. Some people only have the weekends to do business and having a window open In Lexington Tennessee on a Saturday is not to much to ask for. Getting tired of Simmons Bank. We have to drive to Jackson just to see about a home loan now as well just to pull cash out over $600 on a Saturday BS.
