Our car slid off the driveway into a culvert. We were freaking out. One bad move and the car would flip and become an insurance disaster. They arrived right on time and pulled the car out of this mess. Good people, friendly and capable.
It was 4 miles away from Simmons garage in January. They wouldn’t pick me up. My car slid on the ice. I was denied help twice.I finally got a ride home by an off duty officer. I found a fb friend request from a woman from the garage. I’m still wondering what the problem was. I had AAA. I had money etc. Never again.
