Bought new evaporative air conditioner from Simmonds Heating and Cooling and also had installed by Simmonds Heating and Cooling last year. Had 1st service today, was quoted $149 but was charged extra $30 for additional time it took for them to correct the misplacing of pads that caused overflow in new unit during the original installation. Very disappointed even though the workers were friendly and helpful.
Just wanted to acknowledge how impressed Mum and I were with the 3 men who came to install our aircond unit today. On time (a little early), well presented, polite, respectful and good communication. Got the job done in less than 2 hours. Very happy customers!
