Whole experience made very easy by excellent staff. Les gave his time happily to explain the workings of my current ducted system which Simmonds had supplied and to run through options for replacing that unit and alternative approaches. Very happy with the decision to install split system whilst maintaining existing unit for future optionality. Installation staff did a great job. Tom, Jet and Maddox were a pleasure to deal with. Arrived as advised and completed in excellent time. Great experience all round.
Arrived on time, completed the installation in a friendly & professional manner. Explained the process cleaned up all rubbish & work spaces perfectly.
It’s not always about price. The winning factor here was Joseph was always available and able to answer my questions if not immediately he remembered to call me back. The price was very close within a couple of hundred for a large 14kw system. The installation was carried out very well by a young crew. The guys were most respectful neat and tidy. Congratulations SIMMONDS job well done. The new system works beautifully AirTouch is a real winner.
They are professionals and have done an excellent job. I highly recommend them without hesitation
