They totally messed up my Repair. Had an accident in my Audi. Simo’s repaired the damage but when Doing the work they refitted the engine mounts out of alignment. They also didn’t tighten the engine mount bolts correctly. This caused a loud clunking sound and the transmission leak because the engine was not in alignment. I had to go back through insurance and get the car repaired elsewhere because Simo’s would not admit to their mistakes.
