Avoid this rental and realtor. Simmi represents the landlord, Shiva, for the property at: 26518 Blanchard Grove Drive, Katy, TX 77494. The home was in terrible condition and required major repairs. From the start, Simmi was fully aware that the dishwasher was disgusting and completely unusable. We only ran it daily for basic maintenance, never putting a single dish inside. Simmi is so amazing! We have used her twice. She is so smart and knowledgeable about real estate and can really help you during one of the most stressful times of your life. Could not recommend her enough!
I wouldn’t recommend Simmi. I believe we were treated unfairly and discriminated against because of the color of our skin.
