This place is a joke they wanna evict us because they claim we are purposely stopping up our pipes/plumbing now why would we do that when we would wash clothes wash dishes or it rains heavily it would stop our whole system up both bathrooms toilets and tubs there evicting is because there tired of fixing it they cloak they pulled a shirt out of the pipes and that’s a lie we found broken pipe I would not recommend this place the maintenance men are a joke and so is the landlord they are all liars I have 3 kids I can’t believe... read more
only good for a roof over your head nothing more or less
So far its a fine place. Only problem is vehicles do not drive slow and when asked to slow down they speed up. The camper spots are so close together bit I guess thats what you get for staying at a trailer park. Little aggregated that we had to pay over a month a hold of time just to have a spot.
This was the crooked est park ive ever lived in they took davids camper for deposit this tim who so calls runs park is biggest lier i ever met really thought mr sims didnt no i have every single receipt from day 1 was evicted 2 months after move in BUT I KEEP ALL MY RECEIPTS SO INVALID CONVE TION BUT THEN HE TRIED CHARGE ME COURT COSTS HIM N DAVID DONT GET ALONG SO WE GAVE NOTICE TO MOVE HE EVICTED US NEWAYS BECAUe david was in hospital for 2 weeks i had no air and mr sims wont even look at my proof so im fileing civil actio... read more
We have a nice community...We love it here its our home...Nice neighbors who look out for each other and who are friendly and respectful...no loud late night noise either.
Mr&mrs sims are the kindest people i know... Christy there daughter is a sweetheart.I love my community here... We've lived here 4yrs.Kid's are safe. It's quite.
