I had Simmark Bowral here this past week to service our solar panels and reverse cycle air conditioner. Cameron and Jack were very professional, they arrived on time, did all the right things (serviced and even repaired a rat-chewed cable), they also went above and beyond by spending time to help problem solve a separate issue with our under-floor heating. I would highly commend them both for their excellent work ethic.
Made an enquiry on the 21st March, didn’t get a reply until yesterday and they can’t attend until the 11th April. If your too busy just let people know at the time of enquiry
Simmark was my third attempt at just trying to get someone to return my phone call, and their admin staff were wonderfully efficient, with the very knowledgeable and professional young men turning up on time on the day and really doing a thorough job. The weather has been cold enough to test out the heating but not the cooling yet, and on those chilly nights we were toasty.
