Today we ate at SIMM Oriental cuisine for the first time. We are a couple of vegans so sometimes eating out can be challenging. Our waitress had full knowledge of her menu and made incredible suggestions for us. She said instead of using chicken broth they could swap vegetable broth. instead of meat, like chicken or beef, they could substitute tofu and instead of Fried Egg Rolls, we had the lettuce rolls with the most delicious peanut sauce we’ve ever had! Amazing food and service, the lady was nice and funny and the tempura shrimp was delicious
Service was friendly and efficient. The meal was prepped and served hot and fresh. Definitely worth eating there even if you're short on time.
