These people are scam artists. They recently started harassing us about a debt they say we owe from 2008 - this is the first we have heard of it. Yet, could not tell me who we owe - don't know who they intended to pay the money to if they collected it - isn't that what a collection agency does? Told them to sue us, then they'll have to prove we owe it - which they will never be able to do!!!

I called back a representative to make clarify a problem with my payment arrangement information. She accused me of purposely giving her the wrong experation date for my credit card so the payment would not go through. She got loud and very rude and questioned my intentions about making my payment. It was either a typo or she heard me wrong. We are all human. That happens. She was VERY unprofessional. I am going to call my origional creditor back, I`d much rather deal with them !

They call you at 7:00 AM on Saturdays! We work all week to try to get our bills paid and then are rudely called when I am trying to sleep!!!

Each time I contact listed phone#'s they are either disconnected or are fax#'s or busy. It has been this way for quite so time. I rate the business contact system very poor.
