Both Dr. Simlote and NP Stephanie Tippett are amazing. We've been seeing them since my now 14 year old was a toddler and they have always been wonderful. Though front office staff left a lot to be desired, that person is no longer there and I've been very pleased.

Edit: now that we have been seeing them it has been much better. Not sure what happened those months but seems to be on the improvement now. Docs are great and help my son tremendously. Old review: Have been calling about 10 months no returned calls between myself, my husband and even my mom for my son. Cannot even get a response if accepting patients. Zero voicemails returned.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Receptionist was monotoned and rude. When they send 3 texts to confirm the appointment and you confirm each time it should say what you need to bring and what time the appointment is and when you should arrive. It didn’t say any of that. We showed up without the referral paperwork thinking they had it since we made the appointment and we had it faxed over.
