Amazing place. been going for 5+ years and never had a bad experience.
My brows have a natural shape that I explained I just want to clean up since it's been 3 months since I had them waxed elsewhere. Full, thick, nicely shaped brows absolutely butchered by this place. They're not even. They're thinner. My left brow is shaped so oddly now, I'm really confused how it went this wrong. I've had good experiences here before but now I just have to settle in to the fact the next few months I'll be looking crazy growing them back. I wish I never went here today.
