Landlord here, Horrible experience. Recent reviews are fairly accurate. They released keys without collecting first and last month's rent. Their 'highly recommended' tenants trashed the unit. No notices or follow ups given when tenants missed rent. Communication is outsourced where it's just fluff talk, no one knows what's going on. Save yourselves a headache, steer clear of this company.
