Absolutely the best orthodontist around! There staff and dr Doug is great!!!
The staff is so caring and wonderful! The experience is always good. It is quick and efficient and does not leave you feeling rushed and pushed out for the next patient. I like how Dr. Doug explains the process and addresses any concerns. My daughter just received her braces install and I cannot wait until the finished product!
The front receptionist is extremely caring , polite and very easy going . The girl who gave my invisi trays was too pushy and un-considerate. I could not remove the invisi lines from my mouth due to needing bi lateral hand reconstructive surgery . I was very uncomfortable dealing with this person and requested through the reception not to ever have her attend me while at the dental office! Fortunately, I will only have these for 5 weeks .
