Easy fast ring resizing. Great guy he got straight to the point and had my ring back to me in 2 hours. Highly recommend
Jim is amazing! He resized by engagement ring by an entire size in just about an hour which is seriously impressive work- we also discussed a custom made wedding band made from a ring I already own. The customer service is unmatched and they now have a lifetime client as far as I'm concerned!

My wife has a necklace that is very important to her. The clasp broke so I took it in to see what they could do. I was greeted when I walked in and was promptly attended to. Within a couple of minutes the clasp was fixed and my wife is happy. He didn't even charge me. I'm not sure if that is the norm but I very much appreciate that! This short visit as a first-time customer left me impressed. I highly recommend them. Special thank-you to this jeweler for his generosity.
