I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. I arranged my visit based on the owner’s message that any time between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM would be fine. I even took time off work for the appointment and traveled from dt Vancouver to West Van, only to arrive and find the salon closed. What was most frustrating was that there was no advance notice that the salon would be closed, and my messages were not answered when I tried to contact them. I had a great experience with Simin. She did my haircut, style, and highlights, and I absolutely love the result. She really listened to what I wanted and took her time to make everything look perfect. Simin is very friendly and professional, and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her!
