Called because I was having an issue with my pool heater. Mark came out same day to diagnose & repair. While here, he did a complete swimming pool inspection, which consisted of inspecting all of my equipment as well as the pool. He pointed out how filthy my pool filter was & recommended a filter cleaning. Mark will definitely be my go-to guy for all pool repairs AND maintenance.
Simi Pool Service company is fantastic! We needed a Pool Inspection on our new house in Simi Valley and Mark was very knowledgeable about the repairs needed and he taught us all about our pool equipment functions and features. Very responsive and reasonably priced. We now have a new variable speed pump and he installed a filter and backwash valve for more versatility. Simi Valley Pool Service is the best choice.
I called Marks pool service for a swimming pool inspection he came 1 hour later his 30 years of experienced I found Mark very knowledgeable about his trade. He s also a nice guy.
I contacted them regarding a leak in my pool pump, and they came over the same day to fix it without needing to replace the pump. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend their services.
